The Archer 🏹✨

At the beginning of the song she states she’s ready for combat, but there’s hesitation. Saying she doesn’t want too, but also questions what if she really does.

She wants to fight for this new lover placed in front of her, but she’s scared. She then goes on to sing about people coming and going, how she’s tired of the cycle over and over. She sings about her insecurities, anxiety and mistakes she made over the years. Saying she hated her own reflection for years and years.

She’s hurt people but she’s also been hurt. Saying, who could leave her, but also why would they say.

But she wants to hold on to this new love, she wants to move on.

And at the end of the of the song, it transitioned from “who could stay” to “YOU can stay”

And the last line, she’s ready for combat. Stating she’s ready to fight, she wants him to stay.
