"If you're gonna get us out of it, you better do it fast!"
Darya bit her cheek and turned to the couple, slowly advancing on them with tools of exorcism. “E-Excuse me, but I believe you have us mistaken, we are not ghosts or anything,” she laughed awkwardly “We were simply playing a… Prank. For Halloween.”
"That seems reasonable," Darya assented "If we are cornered, we may have to resort to our abilities, but I doubt we will have to worry much about that, if we pull this off well." She grabbed Wei’s hand and started them down the street.
"Exactly what I had in mind." Wei told her. "We should avoid it if we are able, but if we absolutely need to resort to using our abilities we can." As they both continued down the street, Wei was thinking of another idea. At the corner of he street they were on, Wei pulled Darya to the left around the corner instead of continuing straight down the street as they had been. "We should make an uneven path through the streets, if they start searching for us later we will be another step ahead of than if we continue in a straight line."
"And another thing." Wei asked Darya. "This seems like a rather small town, but do you think we might be able to take something like a bus out of here? We would be further ahead of them if we did, and we could also use them to blend in even more with the rest of the town."
"Hmmm," Darya scanned the streets, ducking through the crowds as Wei directed "I am not sure. I don't see anything..." She groaned under her breath. Of all the rotten situations...
"Oh! Is that a bus stop?" It was a good ways away, but Darya thought she saw something vaguely resembling one
