DGIT no more on 103.2 Dublin City FM

On Feb 5th 2025, I resigned effective immediately from Dublin City FM, ending 12 years and 11 months of my radio show Don't Get It Twisted being on that station.

I want to thank friends made over the years through the station, especially past associates, those who always treated me and my show with the truest respect.

To fans of the show, I hope to be back on either another station or with a podcast, will try to keep you all posted and I thank you so much for your support x

DGIT’S Mercury Mixtape

My radio show takes a break this week from its usual Friday night 9pm-10pm slot (as there is a live broadcast of the the Dublin Ladies Senior Club Football Final woohoo!) So I had a bit of time on my hands with prepping the show, and FeedYourRobot had invited me to do a guest mix, so I decided this was the week to make a mixtape! If you haven’t checked out FeedYourRobot guest mixes, they’re great (and I reblogged from his site yesterday, so check it!)

  The Mercury Mixtape is in the vein of my radio show, so hopefully you regular listeners will dig it and keep you satisfied until I’m back live in the studio next Friday (9th)... The Mercury Retrograde now has a soundtrack!

Sidenote;... I loved doing this mix and think I did a pretty good job but if you don’t like listening to mixing, and just want standalone tunes, I have done a quick playlist in spotify (some tracks are missing because they’re not available on spotify)... If you have come to this site to stream shows you’ve missed, unfortunately, shows from Dublin City FM are no longer able to be streamed due to restrictions the station is under regarding licensing. This is why no recent shows are here, as well as Officialfm/Yeyo who hosted our audio ceased, we lost our podcasts and stats too :(

HOWEVER - Brand new mix-tapes and all kinds of tune goodies are on the horizon, some good tunes to drop right here…
