Fun fact: his soul is split into 3 parts (1 in each hand and 1 in his chest)
And the part in his hands is the part that would normally allow emotions so he can’t express himself at all and comes off as cold and blunt.
(The reason his soul is split is because he doesn’t have mobility in his hands because of an accident so his brother(papyrus) rebuilt his hands. However rebuilding them wasn’t enough so he split his soul to let arctic be able to control them as though they were always there.)
