Reblog to give mutuals a break from whatever they're been going through
Emos & scene kids got this close to abolishing gender for real. I try not to think about it too much.
The idea of a popular teenage subculture where girl & boys pretty much all dress the same feels impossible now but for a while it was reality and it was beautiful.
If your "Feminism" is just treating marginalized men horribly then your not progressive, your just a bigot

yet another study (Private Lives 3: The Health and Wellbeing of LGBTIQ People in Australia) that finds that trans women are less likely to be employed but more likely to have full-time employment, while trans men are more likely to be employed but less likely to be full-time, corroborating what this study (using USTS 2015 data), and this massive 2025 TGEU study have also found:
A larger proportion of cisgender men (50.6%) reported having full-time employment than cisgender women (35.2%), trans women (30.9%), trans men (26.3%) or non-binary participants (25.0%). Unemployment/unable to work was reported more frequently by trans women (31.2%), trans men (26.7%) and non-binary participants (26.3%) than cisgender women (14.3%) or cisgender men (10.6%).
same Australian study also found:
Cisgender men (54.1%), cisgender women (53.6%) and non-binary participants (48.9%) reported higher levels of university attainment than trans men (31.0%) and trans women (42.4%). A significantly higher proportion of trans men reported their educational attainment as secondary or below (41.0%) than other participants.
The proportion of cisgender men (56.3%) reporting an income of $1,000 or more per week was greater than that of cisgender women (40.6%), trans women (29.1%), non-binary participants (26.7%) and trans men (23.6%). The proportion of participants reporting an income of less than $400 per week was highest among trans men (46.5%), followed by non-binary participants (46.3%), trans women (42.0%) and cisgender women (32.9%; n = 960). One fifth (19.9%) of cisgender men reported an income of less than $400 per week
Overall, trans and gender diverse participants reported higher levels of harassment and abuse than cisgender participants. For example, a greater proportion of trans women (51.6%), non-binary participants (49.4%) and trans men (45.0%) reported verbal abuse in the past 12 months due to their sexual orientation or gender identity compared to 28.7% of cisgender women and 32.7% of cisgender men. Similarly, a greater proportion of non-binary participants (57.3%), trans men (56.3%) and trans women (52.4%) reported being socially excluded in the past 12 months due to their sexual orientation or gender identity than cisgender women (38.6%) and cisgender men (29.5%)

i do think lobbying for data centres over climate goals should be considered a crime against humanity btw
I don't do "art studies," i draw "wrong" until I get an epiphany from god
I always thought Reddit was a place where people could share things they created.A few days ago I posted one of my original paintings. People loved it. We had wonderful conversations about art, emotions, and how everyone saw something different in the same sunset.
About two hours later I was permanently banned from r/MadeMeSmile for “self-promotion.”
I accepted that different communities have different rules. But then something even stranger happened.Soon afterward, a moderator from r/pics started going through my account. Not just the new post—many of my older painting posts disappeared as well. One after another. Then I was permanently banned there too.
Maybe it was the same moderator. Maybe it wasn’t. I honestly don’t know.
What surprised me wasn’t even the ban itself. It was realizing how much power individual moderators have over what millions of people are allowed to see. One decision can erase years of posts from a community and instantly cut off your ability to participate, even if those posts had been happily sitting there for months or years.I’m not saying moderators shouldn’t have rules. Communities need moderation. But it does make you wonder where the line is between protecting a community and allowing a single interpretation of the rules to completely reshape what people can share.
The funny part?
I wasn’t advertising anything in those posts. I wasn’t posting prices or asking anyone to buy anything. I was simply sharing my original paintings because I enjoy discussing art with strangers from around the world.
Anyway…
Here’s the painting that apparently caused all the trouble. 🎨
(goverment voice) we need to protect the children from pornography so our plan is to remove their eyes so they would never see something so traumatic. if you are against removing children's eyes you are basically a pedophile
