Monarchs are a Species at Risk k of Natural Resources in Canada under the Endangered Species Act (2007). Though it is not policed officially, it is prohibited to profit from the selling of any part of this species. Because of this, NO Monarchs are used in any of Debra's Divine Designs artwork.
