tried doing some redesigns for the gameoverse girlies. Give 'em some diversity. I made kit a bit bigger, idk just feel like it fits her. And tried to make her more cat like. I don't have a problem with cat girls BUT then I saw the one cat man we saw and he was a lot more like an anthro cat than a human with cat ears and tail.

Not super happy with any of these and they were utterly rushed but I wanted to get my first ideas out. Plus idk anything about character design of anthro design and copying an artstyle is really hard XD maybe next time I'll just do it in my style? Idk, I want the design to be cohesive with the canonical artstyle.

Also with this I do not mean to insult the original design, I just think they sorta fall into misoginistic design tropes and wanted to see how that could be different

Oh? Then why weren’t the male characters wearing swimsuits? Why weren’t any male characters getting bounded? How come the two conventionally attractive female characters are only allowed to wear swimsuits? Why bikinis? A one piece or mecha diving gear would’ve suit Kit best. If the reason for two of the main female characters wearing swimsuits is because they’re at the beach, then put the fucking Barney knockoff in a speedo! Seriously! That would’ve made for a pretty funny joke!

If you dumb shits can acknowledge how outdated Gameoverse’s writing is, you can acknowledge that the beach scene was intended for the straight male gaze.
