i just got the "see where your blood has gone!" email from giving blood but it glitched and just showed me my current location. which. theyre not wrong. that is where most of my blood is

Note, im taking the "each monster is a species and these are OCs that are individuals of their respective species, not a representation of the entire species" that sounds like basic information but ... thought that would be best to be clear about that !

Also noting that i was aware of curi0uscreature's version of a humanoid piplash which i really liked and made me like that monster a lot when joining the fandom. i wanted to make something that was not too close, I think found something that satisfied me and the vision i had for Suuphie, my piplash.

Vhenshun, Ah, the centaur! He's a pretty interesting case compared to the other quads; always having this deep desire to run free, somewhere that's not just the confines of the Workshop.
Designed the way he is for precision, might, speed, and strength, and all of those all at once to create the dextrous and innovative; Vhenshun! Guess you can say his creation was a breakthrough...an "in-vhenshun", as we say it? Haha, sorry.
As for his character, Vhenshun's surprisingly pretty social when he's not too busy being a workaholic in his own given time. Always engaging as much as he can when he gets to talk, and curious as can be about many things. It's such a stark difference compared to his determination to achieve "freedom", however. As there were times he had definitely prioritized his many desires over others, but there were many times he's felt guilty about it; feeling the need to show everyone the same freedom he craves once he eventually creates an exit, but also not actually wanting to cause real harm when he really just wants everyone to be free together with him.
Other than all of that, Vhenshun's of course, the most intelligent one of the other quads; knowing best about his craft and also really just a very interesting person to reach out to. He's probably the kind of guy you'd be very casual friends with, but a pretty negative trait about him is that he's got too much dedication to his craft and his own desires, he's also way too headstrong of a guy when it comes to his beliefs, both in the positive and negative influence of that exact characteristic of his. Sometimes that stubbornness can prove itself beneficial, other times it only looks like obsession.
Of course, that is only when Vhenshun is confined to the Workshop, Mech Islet is actually where his best traits really shine the most. in contrast to Rhysmuth masking his best traits when he's on Crystal Islet.
Vhenshun shows himself to be much more comfortable and also even kinder to those who share the same islet as he does, proving himself content with what he believes he's achieved even when it's costed quite a lot to get to where he is. Without the stress of wondering constantly what's outside his world now that he really is out there; Vhenshun does what he can to connect with everyone on the Islet as much as possible, forming even stronger connections with the doubles/singles than he does with some of the triples/quads. They dub him as simply “The Humble Inventor”, somewhat false, but is symbolic for his progression ever since he finally came to Mech Islet.
... Okay, unrelated to all of the lore dumping, but Vhenshun is, since he's a centaur in this au, fast. Like, stupidly fast, AND strong. He's chased down a couple of the workshop ethereals before out of anger, and Goodness Zarroë— you do not wanna know how stupidly quick he is for such a large guy. Not only are his legs extremely durable AND strong as they are made of metal, but the rest of his body is quite literally made to have MORE energy stored; initially for the purpose of workshop duties, but, well, that's not entirely what comes to mind when The Horse🐎™ is busy chasing down someone for inconveniencing him just a little much.
Great way to summarize Vhenshun's personality? Well... There isn't much of a great way to! He's sorta like a mad scientist in a way when it comes to his craft, but his motives are all out of good intentions, he's just somewhat misguided by his own desires. OR WE CAN ALSO JUST SAY! Vhenshun's a Centaur Inventaur™!!

I'm not sure if he knows that staying is actually much more freedom than it really is out there. Other than that, he's probably the most reliable when it comes to problem solving, just not when it comes to...well, that ideal.”
Rhysmuth: “Oh, Vhenshun! Haha, he must really enjoy my company! We talk more often than he will ever admit, but don't tell him I said that, capiche? I might get turned into jewellery if you do. -_-' ”

- I turned him into a centaur because.. I genuinely couldn't think of Vhenshun as anything closer to human LOL just look at him bro.
↑ Also because the quads are too unstable to maintain proper human forms, all of them appearing more monsterly than humans even when the rest manage to be. I totally did not make this up on the spot
- Vhenshun uses his whistle as a way to grab attention from the other monsters without having to vocalize. It used to simply be an alert, but from recent attempts to escape it was his signal for others to follow along.
- Vhenshun used to be referred to as "The Pied Piper" before he went on the Islets both because he has a whistle that he used to call on others, and also because at the time he wanted to lead the triples out of the workshop; unintentionally nearly leading everyone in danger. The Humble Inventor now takes that man's place.
- If you can't tell from the last fact, this Vhenshun has been calmed of his obsessions (although still lingering), now knowing a world outside of the workshop really truly exists, finishing his lifelong mission with a calm, new life where he can carry on even when his time away from the workshop was short lived. Sometimes he still gets drawn to the concept, but other times he just feels happy with the thought of finally proving himself right and being content with the answer.
- Vhenshun's the second heaviest quad human, the heaviest being Rhysmuth.
- Vhenshun has a pretty meticulous cleaning process, which is surprising to know a monster that cleans themselves at all. He cleans himself everyday to prevent his metal parts from rusting and his wooden body from rotting or even worse; attracting termites 😰😰😰
- Yes, Vhenshun has kicked someone before with his legs,
