It felt about what I expected but at the same time kinda blindsided me.

I actually cut the clip a bit short, it startled me enough that I rocketed up into a sitting position and the full clip is kinda embarrassing.

Heart monitor. Patient stops breathing, and then after respiratory rate drops to zero and heart rate line goes flat, monitor shows compressions begin. Real monitor, real heartbeat, real (simulated) compressions showing a genuine wave on the monitor. The patient is me. No one was harmed in the making of this video.
