Judging People

How do you define the act of judging people? Def 1. In my definition, judging people is the act of refusing to getting know to somebody. Instead of getting to know the real person, judging focuses on stamping an aura of stigma on a person's perceived bad traits (whether true or not). In the course of judging, judgers tend to not see the good traits, they fail to see the real person. Def 2. Judgers are fucking shallow people.
