My closest friend for about a decade of my early life. Who I locked eyes with once and we just decided to never separate from eachother. Who growled and chased other kids off the playground with me. Who desperately implored me to stop crushing on a boy in elementary school because he was "evil". Who made me have a mini spiral by having a fake wedding with a boy in 3rd grade. Who chose, as well as I, to compare eachother to Ruby and Saphire from Steven Universe when the S1 finale came out. Who had an intense falling out with me in middle school that I barely remember, but I do remember deciding our intense differences weren't worth losing her in my life, and then I subsequently drew an art piece of our two chosen "symbols" intertwined and passed it to her in class. Whose move away from me devastated me enough to warrant using her departure as the subject of my memoir assignment in high school.

Yeah turns out years later when we met up again we're both Hella gay. I mean we were both girls that were really into fedoras and rainbow dash and creepypastas. It should have been obvious.

Thing is can I count that as my first relationship and that falling out as, like, a breakup? Or do I have to have realized the gayness first?
