Making Me Take Care of Myself
@im-a-oddball and @fandima-rambles both made posts like this and I know I need to take better care of myself but because of Trauma TM it’s hard. So. If you get to certain markers by 12 AM on July 1st, I will do this for TWO WEEKS (so till July 15th). Just so you know, there aren’t any sleep items on there cause my sleep schedule has actually been good lately!
