I wanted to try getting better at drawing cute(r) girls so I asked some friends to give me some characters to draw, and here's the first!

It was a one-sided match. In fact, it was so in her favour that you might as well have never challenged her. You could never get a hit in against her spear, and if you try retreating she would end up chasing you down. Yes, maybe you could brag about parrying one or two of her attacks, but despite your brave face, your arms are sore from knocking away her powerful thrusts. The worst part wasn't that she didn't even try, or that she kicked your ass in front of a whole crowd, or that she even signed a L with her fingers at you while you laid defeated on the ground.

The worst part is that she took your seat in the tavern when you went for a toilet break while meeting with your friends and she refused to move over even one seat when there were plenty of empty seats around.

Lightning, being the rawest form of magical energy, has the most power in terms of destructive force. Those who master lightning magic rival even the most talented swordsman as one fatal zap can leave an opponent paralyzed. Through many battles (none of which were started by him), Duncan's proficiency with lightning increased, ending fights for his party when they themselves could not finish what they started. He is, however, a wind mage. And slowly but surely his grasp on wind magic slowly loosens.

Ken, on that fateful night, saw not what was being produced in those hands, but rather what was made by them. A face coloured with surprise, yet pride seeped through those eyes. That moment which he could never looked away from etched into his heart. He saw a the birth of a light, one that would give him sight even in his darkest hour.
