Secret Santa gift for @girlwiththeairbendertattoo! I hope this is okay! It's a little short, I had serious writer's block. I went with platonic cuddles with Allen/Lenalee, the fluffiest of ships.
Finally, the mission was over. Allen was tired and worn, from two long weeks of hunting Akuma and fighting Noah. His whole body ached and his joints cried. The first thing he did was head to his room. He trudged through the halls, his head beginning to throb from fatigue. As he pushed the seemingly heavy door open, he was met with a clean room- had he left it like this? Too tired to care, he flopped down onto his bed, face-first into his pillow.
He was out like a light.
He slept for what seemed like mere seconds- he was woken up by a loud banging on his door.
"Allen! Allen, get up!" The voice belonged to Lavi, the energetic redhead.
Groaning, he pulled the blanket over his head and muttered something incomprehensible. Outside, Lavi huffed, crossing his arms.
"Allen! C'mon, it's time to get up," Lavi let out a soft sigh; seemed he'd have to force Allen up. Opening the door, the light flooded the dark room and casused Allen to groan again. He didn't seem at all eager to get up.
Lavi barely got a word in before a pillow was hurled at him. Out the door he went.
Allen buried his face back into his remaining pillow. He was not getting up at this ungodly hour.
Sighing, Lavi scratched the back of his head. The redhead started at the door for a moment before shaking his head and turning away.

It was well into the evening now, and no one had seen hide nor hair of Allen Walker. It was like he'd dropped off the face of the earth. But he hadn't, much to the dismay of Kanda.
Lenalee, being the kind soul she was, carried a tray with a small bowl of chicken noodle soup and a glass of water to her friend's room, thinking he wasn't well. Balancing the tray with one hand and gently knocking on the door, she called to him softly.
"Allen? I brought you something to eat.." She listened for any form of responce. Silence greeted her. She opened the door slowly, peering into the dark room.
"Allen?" She called softly. This time she was met with a soft groan and the silver haired male stirred from his bed. He sat up, his hair a mess, and dark rings under his eyes. He yawned and stretched.
"Lenalee..?" His voice was soft and gentle, but full of exhaustion. He cracked open an eye and gave her a gentle smile.
"Oh.. hi." Lenalee couldn't help but smile- he was too cute for his own good. Her heart melted at the sight of the sleepy grin he was giving her.
"Hey there. I brought you some soup.." The female said, closing the door and stepping forward. The scent reached Allen and caused him to open his other eye and inhale the wonderful smell.
"Oh, thank you." He took the bowl of soup and within mere minutes it was gone.
Allen placed the bowl on the bedside table and laid back down.
"Are you feeling alright?" Lenalee asked, voice full of concern.
"Hm? Yeah, I'm just tired.." He yawned, rubbing an eye. He smiled at her and opened his arms to her.
"Cuddle?" He requested.
He was so goddamn cute, how could she say no? Nodding gently, she pulled off her exorcist jacket and set it on a nearby chair. The cool air was welcoming. Allen scooted over and held up the blanket, allowing her to crawl up beside him.
He was surprisingly warm as he pulled her close and wrapped his arms around her waist.
Giggling softly, she nuzzled him, snuggling close.
"Thanks for coming to check on me." Allen muttered, resting his forehead against her's.
"Of course, Allen. We were all worried about you. Even Kanda was a little worried."
"Whaaaat? No way." Allen snorted.
"Really! He was. On the inside." She giggled.
They snuggled like that, for god knows how long. They were comfortable. Even as just friends, they were able to share cuddles with each other. They fell asleep several minutes later, clinging to each other.
Their sleep was, unfortunately, ruined when Lavi came banging on the door.
