Today's card is Chicuei Tecpatl, Eight of Flints, equivalent to the Eight of Swords in the standard Tarot.

This card represents our conscious and unconscious self-imposed limitations. The woman who appears in this card is blindfolded, her hands are tied and she is surrounded by a group of flint knives. Her situation, although threatening, could be easily solved if she were able to see, recognizing the dangers around her.

The Eight of Flints reminds us that sometimes it's ourselves who prevent us from knowing our environment and using our strengths and capacities to move forward.
