How to Butcher and Cook Wild Rabbit

I often wonder to myself if I will ever have the guts to actually kill, skin, butcher a rabbit, or any animal for that matter, by myself. I love rabbit. I really love the way it tastes. I’ve heard repeatedly that its a sustainable source of meat (more sustainable than our more popular options anyway…) BUT I just don’t know if I could go through with it. The little bunny’s head! It’s little fuzzy feet! I’d probably cry. I do want to try it some day though. Definitely. If I can comfortably eat it once I’m done maybe that will decide whether or not I should be eating meat at all
