So, I'm still super depressed. Who wants vent art? Because this is the first piece I've drawn/finished in a while, and I dunno, I wanna post something.

CW: Derealization, internalized fatphobia, and there's like, sideboob and butt. A naked body laid on it's stomach. Not sexy, meant to look gross.

I had originally filled all the white light with text, started censoring it to be postable, but before I could cover the rest decided this looked cool.

A lot of what I wrote was like "Wow, you think your pain is so special and deep that it deserves art?" So, if this is dumb and lame, yeah I know.

I can't stop drawing him. All of these were just straight into pen, so, any mistakes were uncorrectable.

I even made a little comic/skit thingy of him chewing gum:

Working on a visual novel, I'm constantly torn between whether or not to show off or ask for help just yet, or keep entirely silent until it starts actually looking nice. I'm self teaching here, so it's chugging along quite slowly.

Working on sketched sprites right now, so I can write out scenes and pretty easily have a visual of the final product, but there are a few small things I'm doing that are QUITE complicated for a beginner like me.

Biggest thing, since the love interests are ROBOTS, their expressiveness is suuper limited. First workaround was giving them wildly varied poses since their faces can't do much. Harder, but necessary. But now I'm thinking "Hey, these bits here on their face are mobile, why not make them changeable too? A separate body and facial expression should really help, even if it's subtle" But that's... hard. Because that's multiple faces PER POSE.

Only necessary for one of them, but I can technically do it for two or three, so I'm asking myself how much of that work I'm actually planning to do.

I have been very busy and depressed, BUT! I finished Golden's story a while back, tried making a full piece like this, failed.

I will also take this to say Jongler is an author, because they need a little extra fandom characterization. They like to write helpful, nonfiction, instructional things like this.

Never seen Hazbin Hotel, but this song has been ALL OVER my fyp and I couldn't for the life of me choose between these two ideas for it. So, two in one Deltarune and Cookie Run!

[I've found that with a lineless style, deciding on the values before anything helps me out a lot, so that's why they're greyscale like this]

This mental image smacked into me while playing, feathered and leathery wings cupped around each other. I don't think I take this ship too seriously, Pavlova still adores Sugarfly, but... perhaps he'd appreciate sneaking away and taking what he can get while he's still in this form.

I've decided to try my hand at some costume designs for my Ancients + Servants Adoption AU?

Shockingly really hard, especially attempting to recreate those text boxes!! Like, I'd left them less clean than I'd like just because it's HARD.
