evolution making red algae: you will have a cell wall like a land plant but you do not get to have a phragmoplast and will need to squish while trying to build your wall at the same time. also, you don't have centrioles so you can't make a proper mitotic spindle. instead you will have ring shaped shaped organelles for your cytoskeleton to attach to. because of them you will never be able to fully divide like everyone else, and you will have a big hole connecting you to your sister cell which you will then have to jam a bunch of proteins and carbohydrates into to plug up. fuck you
