(From Carmilla) Are there any places that someone could hide from view as we walked in, or would we have seen them?

"A small person could fit under the pews, or any size person could hide behind the curtains! Hm.... Anyone notice any weird bulges in the curtains?"

[Norio] "With all this unnecessary blood and filth, I suppose the killer would have to be stupid enough to have left some kind of mark like foot prints or hands prints something. It's not like anyone here is that bright besides me."

"What about your lovely god? Aren't I bright? You've made me beary sad Norio...."

"There are no footprints but... Oh what's this? A cute little bracelet is up on the second floor near that broken banister!"

[From Norio] God, this was really a pain. He was glad to avoid the blood downstairs for now anyway. He'd just go back to his glancing around and not touching anything. "Bear, is there any sign of a struggle from either of the two victims? Should I know about any broken or damaged objects in the area beside the chandelier?"

"Both of them show signs of struggling against their killer! And there is a broken Banister up on the second level! Seems to be covered in blood."

[From Norio] He let out a sigh and took Hiruko's head, investigating the wound. "Would you say this is a blunt or a sharp force trauma? As in, is there a small hole from a stab to the head or is there a large dent from someone hitting her on the head."

"There is a dent there, and no holes in sight.... Unless you count her big mouth!"

Is there another exit to the church besides the entrance we used?

"Nope! Just the one."

Is there anything around that looks like it could be used as the murder weapon for Hiruko?

"Hmmm... Nope! Nothing of the sort!"

Do we /really/ have to go investigate Hiruko's death can't we just buy the killer a drink and thank them instead and just investigate Hanako's death?

"Upu.... Unless you want to potentially die during the trial, I'd say it's required!"

"If you want to get executed, though, I'm all for it!"

What was holding up the chandelier in the first place, and what condition was it in? Could the chandelier have fallen just from the body landing on it?

"A gold chain was holding the chandelier up! It was an old and rusty chain, so a body, even a small one, could have knocked it loose!"

Are there any tools that look like they could have made the chandelier fall?

"Nope..."

[Norio] "Oh, on top of that, I would like to inquire if there is any other injuries on the other two than the obvious ones. Any bruising or scratches that I should know about?"

"Hanako has some bruises on her wrists, as if someone had to restrain her! Or just really didn't want her getting away, upupu~ And Hiruko looks like she got punched right in the face what with the black eye and all!"

[From Norio] He let out a sigh and rolled his sleeves up. God forbid he get his fancy expensive dress shirt dirty with blood. "I suppose I'll start with the basics. Is there anything on either of the two's person? Any notes? Extra fabric? I don't know."

"Just some glass and bent metal around Hanako!"

Were the times of both deaths the same?

They were fairly similar, so I decided to save a tree and type both of them as one!

Monobear File #4: Hanako Yoshida and Hiruko Akahina

The victims were found in the Church of Despair.

Cause of death for Victim One: Blood loss.

Cause of death for Vicitim Two: Head Trauma.

Time of Death: 3:00 PM.

This time, it isn't that hard to find the body.

You're walking past the Church of Despair when you hear a loud crash coming from inside it, like something has fallen over. The sound of glass breaking is more then enough to get you to investigate, and as you open the door, you all blink at the scene in front of you.

Hanako Yoshida, the SHSL Web Comic Writer, lays on top of a broken chandelier on the floor. Her stomach seems to be pierced right through one of the metal spikes on the top, the whole light system dripping with red blood. Pieces of crystal glass and wax litter the floor, and everything seems to be laying in a small puddle of blood. Her mouth hangs open, her eyes are wide. But that isn't the only thing out of sorts.

There seems to be a figure at the second floor.

If you were to run upstairs, you would find that this murder sudden had gotten a lot worse.

Hiruko Akahina, the SHSL Memory, kneels against the wooden fence dividing the upper portion of the church from the open area in the middle. Blood drips down her face from her head and she sits there limp. Even without touching her, you could tell that she was dead as well.

Looks like this time around, the murderer got excited.

[From Norio] Is it time to play hide and seek again? Sigh. How about the church?

Nope!!

When the bear had said the annoying polka music would play throughout the village, he really meant play. All throughout the night and the day, the same monotonous sound blasted through the speakers, keeping quite a few of you up into the late hours of the night. This went on for a good couple of days.

Then suddenly, it just stopped.

The sudden quiet was unnerving, not only with the fact that it finally absent and you could finally get that annoying tune out of your head, but unlike the other motives which the bear had to announce the death of another villager...it almost as if when the music cut out you knew that was the moment their life did too.

In fact, the bear didn't even pop up on the intercom afterwards. He probably thought the end of the music was signal enough for you to go investigate.
