I love how the episode one special starts and ends with Shiho. Both times, she lets out a sigh as she leans back in her chair. But at start, she sits there viewing the results of her lab mice shrinking, one step closer to the Organization's true goal. But by the end, when she falsely confirms Shinichi's death, she gets up from the now blank screen and walks away from it.

I also thinks it's interesting how she's changed from a dark purple, nearly black looking top to her iconic red. I always liked the detail that Sherry isn't shown in pure black clothes when she's in the Organization. She wore dark clothing and was molded to fit in with them, but she never had the same motivations, and is finally breaking through.
