Small status update on the first chapter of growing pains! ( my detn fanfic )
So, to start, this first chapter is called âhappy birthday, lucy!â And it is a special double length one! So thatâs partially why its taking a while. The full script of it is 13 pages long in pdf form, i have covered 7 pages of that script so far, and am at 50 pages of the storybook! The content of the script per story book page varies quite a bit, some pages have a couple words, some pages can have a couple paragraphs, the amount of drawings per page also shifts, specially when comparing the segments that are done like a comic with the some of the looser ones. In a day, i usually only do around 6 pages of the storybook.
I really donât want to spoil much of what happens in it, but something i will say is that a total of 11 characters make an appearance! And 2 of the characters from the original show arenât even there. yes! Growing pains has some original characters in it, but donât worry! None of them play a role bigger than any of the original ones, the story is still about them through and through!
I donât really like to give dates or windows as to when my projects will be done too much, but I am hoping it wont take more than two weeks to get the rest done, no promises though, anything can happen.
Anyways, here is a collection of random illustrations iâve made so far! Every page has at least 1 illustration ( except 1 i guess ), so there is quite a lot of these ciwndiwjdi i tried keeping the style simple and straightforward as to not take too long to make.
