# we love emotionally disturbed chaotic neutral morticians with droopy green eyes and pale twiggy bodies and monotone voices and a shared pitch black sense of humor that regularly goes a little Too far and a metaphorically haunted house filled with strange hoarded knick-knacks and daddy issues and an abysmal inability to maintain any semblance of a healthy relationship with a single member of their community much less within their own deeply fucked up family
finally free for the summer and ready to write again where my goblins at

“Being in a small town and not being able to really talk about things that happened, it’s very constricting and confining. I think this season we realize that you can’t really go back. There’s no going back to normalcy after that”. {x}

lydia: 😢😢😢😢😢😢
lydia: i'm really really not sure how that's supposed to make me feel
jim: furious about institutional bigotry, ideally, but relieved that you're not in any trouble and you never will be and you have nothing to worry about with the big scary cops, i promise you
jim: 🍻
hate it when you try to kill someone and they dont die like how rude do you have to be
[text] lydia → jimmy
lydia: that doesn't make me feel better at all
lydia: 😟😟😟😟😟
jim: i mean yeah institutionally you're an enormous bleached asshole but at least you know they won't book you for a murder you didn't commit ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
jim: or one you did commit haha idk your life amirite? jk jk
jim: *a POLITE enormous bleached asshole, btw
[text] lydia → jimmy
lydia: why are cops so scary?
lydia: why can't they just be nice?
jim: worry not apricot they're just trying to keep up appearances so when they beat minorities to death they can pretend they're rude to everybody and totally not racist at all
jim: you're white and pretty they're on your side trust me
jim: casey anthony all but walked around wearing her daughter's skull as a hat and they let her off the hook dude trust me you got this!
jim: all you gotta do is be your honest and polite self and they'll get you in and out lickity split and give you a lollypop for being cooperative probably
HEADCANON: Jimmy St. Clair.
While Annona’s uncle is considered the next Christopher Nolan, her mother is more of an arthouse nobody. So when the Bronte v. St. Clair trial went viral, and news reports about Jimmy’s tortured past started circling, Linda McKean Bright was the first director to try to cash in on the hype. She reached out to Jimmy, asking for some interviews, firsthand accounts, and his blessing to make an authorized film adaption of his life story.
Jimmy respectfully declined.
Plans for the movie were terminated when producers, who were worried about how the film would be received if it had the disapproval of the hero of its target audience.
Linda still holds a grudge against Jimmy for ruining her prospective magnum opus.
