ANXIETY At home, relaxing: 'You need to do something productive or you'll look back on your life when you're 80 and you'll realise you wasted it lying in bed'.
DEPRESSION at home,relaxing: Yessssssss'
ANXIETY Being productive: 'YOU NEED TO KEEP DOING THIS but you also need to go and relax or your depression will get 10x worse'.
DEPRESSION being productive: 'I am fucking exhausted'.
ANXIETY at school: 'Everyone hates you. You should go home and sleep so that you're not tired at work tonight but you also NEED TO GET 100% ON EVERY ASSESSMENT OR YOU ARE A FAILURE'.
DEPRESSION at school: 'Every step is a massive effort and I fell asleep in class'.
ANXIETY At work: 'You're not working hard enough/ you're wasting your life working and should pursue your hobbies/you should be studying'.
DEPRESSION at work: 'if you don't sit down right now you will VOMIT'.
ANXIETY Pursuing hobbies: 'You're not good enough so you should dedicate 6 hours a day just practicing this hobby'.
DEPRESSION pursuing hobbies: 'What's the point'.
ANXIETY studying: 'You need to sit here for 4 hours every night'.
DEPRESSION studying: 'No, we're not fucking doing this. I'm going to give you a headache so bad that you can't read now so that you stop'.
