Headcanon 002: If CeCe doesn't like a person; she won't hesistate to use them as an ash tray. If she gets ash on you, it’s on purpose and she probably dislikes you. People she regularly uses as Ash Trays are: Mal, Mad Maddie, Uma, Harry Hook & Chad for how they have treated Carlos and/or Cruella.

Headcanon 001: CeCe is ferociously protective of Carlos. In fact he is one of the few human beings which she actually loves even though she might not actually utter the word aloud. She would do just about anything for him. It is because of this, she isn’t the biggest fan of Mal. And often puts her down, calls her things like ‘pesky little fairy.’ She hasn’t forgiven her for the closet incident which lead to Carlos getting scarred; and she probably never will.
