Since it’s Monday, I put the scale fragments I bought over the past week to good use... by making Kiyo craft them into scales and then craft my gloves and boots. They came out pretty well, stats-wise.

And then I stole the armor off my old main (I’ll eventually make or buy another one for him, probably, since he’s supposed to have armor that looks something like the Languhiris Chaser); I don’t use him anymore, so I figured the upgraded, reforged, and enchanted one should be on the character I actually play since I might use it sometimes, depending on what skillsets I’m using.

Now if I could just find a Human/Giant Kaito Headset... I rarely find any on sale to begin with, and the ones I do are the Elf-only variant.

I’m not going to spend over 1mil in this game for a beauty coupon that is only good for a one time use. I will charge under 500k for the ones I got though. Heck most of the ones I have in my shop are like 300k. Which is a reasonable amount I think. I change my hairstyle a lot in game though so maybe that’s why I don’t see the coupons as worth more than 500-750k at most. Now the wigs and shoes that are being spat out with the coupons are worth a lot more. Specially those transparent shoes.

I'd thought it was just the urgent shot quest that they messed up with implementing early, but nope! I was checking if mirage missile really was fixed (it wouldn't be the first time they stated they fixed something in the patch notes only for it to not really be fixed) and the infection killed the enemy that it stuck to - or at least as far as I could see, that's what killed it. Now I want to poke at final shot and see if they accidentally implemented all of the archery changes early...

After noticing discrepencies between the exp I received on Taillteann Defensive Battle last night and the exp received by some friends (all three of us were using potent finest crystals), we came to the realization that the Mysterious Robe's bonus and the Cessair's Officer Robe bonus don't work the same way at all. In the aftermath, I wanted to figure out how the heck it works - especially since none of it seemed to work in the way I expected it to with the RPS event bonus.

I finally managed to figure it out tonight, though.

There are two values that we have to find: "Total Mission EXP" and "Final EXP Received." First up is Total Mission EXP since it's used for the two if:then situations with the robes..

Total Mission EXP = [(Mission EXP) * (Daily Bonus) * (1 + Crystal Bonus + Event Bonus)]

If you're wearing a Cessair's Officer Robe, then: Final EXP Received = Total Mission EXP + [(Mission EXP) * (1 + 0.1)] Note that Cessair's Officer Robe does not take into account the daily mission bonus for the amount of EXP added; it only uses base value of the mission EXP.

If you're wearing a Mysterious Robe (with Quest Experience Enhancement): Final EXP Received = Total Mission EXP * (1 + 0.1) (This is basically an extension of saying that the Mysterious Robe's Quest Experience Enhancement is basically any quest's experience * 1.1, or Quest EXP * 1.1 where Quest EXP is the final value of any quest, shadow mission, or theater mission's exp before the robe applies.)

The end result is that the Mysterious Robe ends up giving more exp in shadow missions unless you're just spamming a non-daily mission without any crystals (if you're doing that, then the two robes will give the same bonus).

Also of note: The Rock-Paper-Scissors shadow mission bonus is basically like adding an invisible, stackable 100% shadow crystal onto your mission. Unlike shadow crystals, it won't show up in the quest window, though.
