A Towering Metallic Monolith Just Was Discovered in a Remote Area of Utah
We do what we please With no ease, some grease No one will freeze We’re only displeased
You fuel the need The desire of my heart Which, holds no bounds When it’s coming apart
It just ricochets between future and present tense of guilt and regret
As if i could give my love to us like it would never come undone
CURIOUS FURIOUS MYSTERIOUS
i just wanted to say from a distance too far, cause. These are deep scars This is us further apart, far from the start Never and always Between expectations and perception Pushing us further apart Hold my heart fair and far
From the comfort… A distance too close for comfort
I am constantly trying to communicate something incommunicable, to explain something inexplicable, to tell about something I only feel in my bones and which can only be experienced in those bones.
Franz Kafka, Letters to Milena (via whismical)
A soul mate is not the person who makes you the happiest, but the one that makes you feel the most. Who conducts your heart to bang the loudest, who can drag you giggling with forgiveness from the cellar they locked you in.
Sierra DeMulder, excerpt from “Unrequited Love Poem” (via hplyrikz)

"Liberation is not deliverance"
“Liberation is not deliverance. One gets free from the galleys, but not from the sentence.”
Having been bound, either in the galleys or by drugs or by a just or unjust prison term or even just accused and therefore presumed guilty before being proved innocent: “the sentence” having been served has left its mark - and that mark cannot be unmade by simple release or having been found innocent, or more over ‘not found guilty’. The effects of that “galley” service have left wounds, scars, weaknesses, broken relationships, lost opportunities and a compromised future.
True deliverance carries restoration with it, a return to wholeness or a newly created wholeness for the soul and the life of the individual. It’s one thing to get out of jail, it’s another to have a well rounded, fully operational life that gives sustenance AND peace, love, joy, hope and a future.
I’m letting go I don’t regret the steady beat of my heart I leave you my dear, hopeful in fears For the future that is ours, separate or apart, it has no end.
Beauty in fears I adore you my dear
(f0r-you)
I wish sound traveled slower so when I say something stupid I could just run ahead and yell to censor myself
I have come to take you by your hand, and bring you to myself. I have come to shine your way as you walk this path. I will make you guiltless, I will make you fearless, then I will place you in the brightest point in the universe. I have come like a breeze of spring to your field of flowers, so I can hold you by my side, and embrace you tight. I have come to take you by your hand, and bring you to myself. I have come to shine your way as you walk this path. Like the cry of lovers, I will help you reach the roof of heavens. From the dust of the earth to a human being, there are a thousand steps. I have been with you through these steps, I have held your hand and walked by your side. And I will be with you as you move beyond this human form and soar to the highest heavens. ✻.ღ.*.Rumi.*.ღ.✻
As long as action is the outcome of desire, of memory, of fear, of pleasure and pain, it must inevitably breed conflict, confusion and antagonism.
J. Krishnamurti
Your scars are a warning to all future monsters, of the hell you have survived before them, every demon you vanquished, and every battle you won.
Nikita Gill (via meanwhilepoetry)
