Worship and working alongside are two sides of the same coin.
I use all sorts of oracular tools in my work. Tarot, oracle decks, runes, dice, charms, pendulums, etc.
I do not follow the Threefold Law.
I believe deeply in animism.
I keep a few physical shrines group-dedicated, and use other methods for personal shrines.
I partake in daily worship.
I perform "entity juggling", where I pick and choose entities based on need, want, or their presence.
I am not Wiccan. I am a chaotic eclectic pagan.

I don't believe gods are all-powerful or all-knowing. They are capable of mistakes, misunderstandings, and much else.
I believe these entities exist outside of their sources and that source is not comparable to infallible canon / holy books. You can read my stance further here.

I believe the Gods, Heroes, and Saints interact directly with mortals often, so I may often speak of direct interactions I have.

Yojimbo, the Samurai Aeon, works for money (or gil, in game). Yojimbo requests that he is paid for all of his services. Unlike some other Aeon, Yojimbo requires that his offerings not be touched, consumed, or otherwise used after offering.
So, how does one pay Yojimbo?
The main one is, in fact, with money. Physical money is almost necessary for this, because the offering methods can't be done with money on a card, unless you get a gift card and offer that.

What about things other than money?
Drinks (Yojimbo loves alcohol). Pour into the ground as a libation or down the drain.
Food. Leave at a place at the table, then dispose of the food at the end without touching the food.
Items. Typically in the act of building an altar, buying items and leaving them in a designated holy spot for Yojimbo.
And then, not all of us can expend these things. We need them for ourselves, to survive. Or we can't go spending money on them just to not utilize them. Not all of us have expendable cash to offer or pay for offerings.
My main suggestion is to offer up your energy.
Do an energy draining activity (such as exercise, a walk, or chores) and let Yojimbo have and take upon all of the energy that is lost. Perform a ritual to send your own energy to Yojimbo. Even if energy is renewed, it comes from a new source (food, for example, in the act of your body digesting new food and turning it into energy), and thus Yojimbo's offering is left untouched.
Visualized offerings work as well, in the energy that it takes to create them, but know that Yojimbo will take everything you offer up, so offer wisely.
As well, Yojimbo, canonically, works (or rather hits) harder the more money is thrown his way. This translates into other offerings and things given.
Bigger payments of money, more expensive food, drinks, and items will have bigger rewards for you in your work.
This can be cumulative. You can only offer up so much energy at once, so you might offer up all energy lost in a week or even a month to him, as payment.

Today is Mother’s Day in Spain, so I made this drawing for my mum.
She loves Final Fantasy X and Shiva is her favourite aeon.
It has been a nightmare to draw, ink and color, but I’m pretty proud of the result~
