Am I expressing myself honestly,

I am struggling.

Am I getting bothered with myself,

I don’t know…

  Do I need to empty my cup,

I believe so.

Am I understanding what needs to be understood,

I am stuck.

Belief is all I need,

Support is what I want.

  Is it too much going in my head,

That I am mixing.

A sad face, a broken heart I take to my bed.

Oh! I need to know…

What is that that I need,

What is what I want.

  But one thing that I know,

I know from my guts,

I know from my conscious mind,

I know when I am healthy and kind,

When I am aware and not blind,

I loosen a bit and you wind.

A little forward and behind.

Love is all I need ,

And care is what I want.

Happy International Volunteering Day to all : ) I am happy to share bits of my Pravah ICS journey from Oct-Jan Pravah ICS is a 3 month volunteering program and this is my second batch of team leading. Currently I am placed in a rural village of Rajasthan along with 8 Indian and 11 UK volunteers working on personal development, community development and active citizenship. Conscious personal development plays an important role equivalent to community development where I have learnt a lot about myself. WHY do I behave, the way I behave : ) I came to know that I wasn't good with confrontation skills and now I am actively working on it.
