This picture I took nearly two years ago, and it was a turning point in the quality and level of my photography. I had been out walking around looking for a decent picture of the city and ocean but felt I had been skunked. So I went back up to the hotel room for dinner. When I got back I was treated to a view of this sky. What I had learned was you really just have to wait a bit longer than you think and you'll get what you want. You have to be patient.
