Me, internally: It blows my mind that Dimitri and Edelgard are literally the perfect character foils for each other. They fall on opposite ends of the “Greater Good” spectrum. Dimitri is so obsessed with the small picture, saving as many people as he can, that it literally drives him insane with guilt that he can’t do it. Edelgard is the exact opposite, so obsessed with the big picture that she completely misses how she’s affecting people personally and ends up sacrificing most of her friends in any route that’s not her own. One can barely comprehend the larger scale effects and the other is so hell-bent on the greater good that she’ll kill literal thousands to achieve it. But that’s also why Claude is such a good middle ground. He’s the only one of the three that can see the big picture and the small picture and strike a balance between the two. He’s willing to get his hands dirty to fix the big problems but he’s also not willing to just steamroll everyone to do what he thinks is right.

I love Star Wars just as much as the next geek who grew up watching the movies at least once a month but I don’t think they belong in The Sims universe AT ALL and it definitely shouldn’t be the focus of an entire game pack that we’re expected to pay for!

The build/buy stuff looks great and some of the CAS might be okay but there is a very specific, very small niche in this community that is going to use this stuff more than once. And as if our townies don’t already look like they’ve taken a swan-dive into their wardrobes and accessory drawers, now they’re all gonna be rocking up in their x-wings with their alien heads, wearing jedi robes and waving lightsabers around!

Also, I swear to god if those are actual alien lifestates and not just masks, especially considering the absolutely garbage pile that the original aliens still are five years on… 

And don’t even get me started on the fact that it looks like we’re getting functional fucking x-wings before cars!
