Well that's a tricky question and totally depends on you living situation. When I was still living with my parents I usually ordered a single pack of diapers to a pickup station so it doesn't arrive at home while I'm not there. I picked it up or at least tried to time it so my parents weren't at home for a few days. I wasn't brave enough to wear while they were at home so I always waited till I was home alone and threw them into a far away container immediately after use.

Maybe other people have advice as well but my way to go was don't order to your home but pick it up somewhere and wear while you're home alone.

This is actually just our regular bed but upgraded with guards again baby's falling out. I just got them on Amazon in the according size 😇 Hope this still helps!
