Hi guys, back again. Yes i know. Again. The last year and a half where heavy on me. Physical and mental. I went trough hell and wanted to end it several times. Jup. Thats my sick mind. Anyhow, left that behind. Last week i started working out again because Iam back at my starting weight. Yes, shocking right, yes yes. Shit happens. But i already lost 1 kilo so I’m proud of that. Since i heard that i lost a kilo I’m so excited. I bought new shoes, cause the old ones i had were really stinky and done. So yeah, getting back to everything right now. And i can’t wait till tomorrow after work, so i can work out again!
