I LOVE how this turned out. I always try to imagine how one of these designs might move on a stage and Tugger's got a bit of sparkle and fluff that would move really nicely i think. I leaned really into the Elvis and 60s greaser cool guy vibes replica Tugger already had going for him for this one.
