It might come as a surprise to a lot of people, but Scott had always considered himself to be a really lucky guy. Sure, he’d gotten caught up in one of the worst job markets in US history and been forced into crime as a result, but he’d made it a while before he got caught. And yeah, he’d spent a few years of his life in jail (longer than he thought he really should have, considering his crime), but he’d managed to rebuild a pretty decent life for himself when he got out, and that was a lot more than some people could say. And okay, his wife had sort of left him high and dry and run off to marry somebody else, but he still had Cassie.
And that? That was enough to make everything worthwhile. For all his screw-ups, Scott still had the best kid in the world. That made him pretty goddamn lucky, if he did say so himself.
After all, how many other heroes could team up with their kid to fight a crime ring rumored to have some information on the Skrulls? Probably none! Scott felt himself grinning as he pressed a button on the side of his helmet, growing back up to size. Most of the criminals were laying in various positions around the warehouse, unconscious or on their way to it, and he flashed Cassie a thumbs up. “Wanna snoop around a little?” He offered lightly, still smiling. “I can get us into their computers! There’s gotta be something there, right?”
for so long it had just been cassie watching her father swing into action. ( or occasionally stumble into action or get kidnapped into action) to actually be able to help and get involved meant more than she could say, but luckily cassie doubted she had to say anything at all. her dad understood. her illness and heart condition all through childhood and sucked, she had a whole lot of moving about and activity to make up for.
and what better way to spend some quality family time with her father than beating up on bad guys and getting potentially super-awesome-mega-IMPORTANT information. just think how pleased the avengers would be when the langs turned up! ...of course things hadn’t gone exactly to plan and maybe there had been more criminals here than cassie had thought but they had still made quick work of it all. after shrinking back to her normal cassie automatically sent her dad a thumbs up and grin of her own, as if she had to actually answer that question. hell yeah she wanted to snoop. it was what langs did best.
“definitely! this many criminals in one spot? if video games and films have taught me nothing, and i think most of my education is from those sources, its that a hive of bad goons like this means they’ve got something to hide here.” like, seriously. gathering together in one place was like announcing they were protecting something with a big beacon and neon sign. what idiots. “come on, they seemed to be coming from this direction, right? that’s gotta be our best starting point,” she added after a quick glance around and survey of the area. “shrink down first?” she questioned, going with his lead (for now at least). at least shrinking meant they may catch any goons lurking at the end of the hall unawares.

Diana was in a hurry. Of course, that somehow meant that every other person in the city of New York chose that exact moment to crowd into the sidewalks, bustling every which way and managing to get in her way. Finally reaching an empty stretch of sidewalk, she hurried forwards, hoping to make it to where she’d parked before a crowd engulfed her again. A moment later, she was jumping backwards as a whole person appeared suddenly beneath her foot. Startled, she said the first thing that popped into her head. “I suppose I’m glad I wore flats today!” Somewhat more logically, she added “Are you alright? Did I hurt you?”
at the woman’s first words cassie couldn’t stop herself from laughing, it just burst forth fuelled by relief at not being stepped on and amusement over that being the womans first thoughts. “believe me, i’m glad about that as well.” she didn’t even want to think about the damage that heels could be - boy that could just be messy. “i’m fine, i’m fine. i’m sorry. i probably didn’t need to just sort of... appear like that and startle you. i guess i panicked. i was trying to just use a shorcut - i should have known my luck is never that good.” still, she was straightened out and dusted off now. no harm, no foul. “i’m fine, it’s all good.” and honestly, this woman was acting surprised but terrified like some, it was a curious and welcome change. “i have a habit of showing up in the oddest places.”
scxttxsummers:
“It’s one of the better points of the job,” Scott shrugged. There weren’t many good things that came from being a mutant in this society. If he could show the kids that they weren’t the issue in the world, he knew he’d done something right. After all the shitty choices he’d made in his youth, it was about damn time he’d tried to fix it. “I insist–end of story.” Scott enjoyed the sound of her laughter. It wasn’t too higher or wispy; a perfect balance. “You know, seeing you fall on your face might make my morning..” Scott placed his hand over hers as they’d walked down the narrowing street. “It’s better than dying,” he shrugged with a curt smile. “Well damn I’ve missed out. Last I saw you punch something we were bickering in an alley. The evolution is real,” he chuckled. His humor soured with the thoughts of what came next. Bad things always came in threes. “I don’t know how much I trust this shift. I didn’t sign then and I ain’t signing now.”
cass didn’t know much about the school - hadn’t yet asked. of course, she knew all about mutants since they were forever in the press. most of it was a load of crap, cassie believed. she couldn’t imagine any part of scott’s job being what could be described as easy. she rolled her eyes, a smile on her features then gave a nod of her head. “okay. this time i won’t argue. thank you.” as they walked along, she gave a chuckle and replied, “yeah, just what you need. me? i’d prefer it didn’t happen. i don’t feel the need to get up close and intimate with the ground - it happens too often. especially when i’m shrunk. the number of times i nearly get stood on is staggering.” but that was probably her fault. you know, since most people couldn’t even see her when that size. “maybe next time i get the urge to go out and patrol and punch things, i’ll give you a call.” he was pretty useful in a fight. she gave a slight hum as he continued, thinking it over. “i’ve not signed either. probably won’t but... i’m curious. i want to see how its going to play out. they don’t seem to be arresting anyone at least.” not yet, anyway.
the crowds in nyc could be horrendous, sometimes so bad you could barely move (at least in cassie’s mind since she was never one for patience). so now and then, she’d shrink and try her hand out at running through people or in little shortcuts. sometimes it went well. other times... well, other times cassie didn’t pay too much attention. other times like this she almost got stepped on. all but diving out of the way, she turned onto her back and grew to her normal size. “wow, wow okay just-- let’s not make any sudden moves. i hate being stepped on,” cassie remarked, moving quickly to get off the ground and stand up properly.

“You’d change your mind if you were in there with them. It’s far too pleasant to watch them get their asses handed to them and exciting to see them conquer it. Scott couldn’t help but feel like a proud father seeing all his kids beginning to excel. Soon enough they’d be teaching him new things; although, old dogs never do learn as quickly. “No damsel and no kids–at least not the kind that are biologically mine. What does it matter if it’s affordable, you’re not going to pay anyway.” From what little he remembers of his father, he knew that the man always picked up the tab. It was the gentleman thing to do. Scott offered his arm with a silly bow. “Shall we?” Scott pondered her question momentarily shaking off the pressure he’d felt. “I’ve been surviving. Since the whole Orse thing, it’s been quite bizarre. The game’s changing. What about you, Cass? Punching anything lately?”
“yeah, i guess i can understand that. working with kids and seeing them develop... must be amazing, actually,” she replied, thinking it over. teaching wasn’t something cassie could do, but she had trained with the other young avengers. watching their skills develop and advance was exciting. something to be proud of, even. cassie gave a laugh at his words, not even surprised by this point. shaking her head, she then sent him a smile. “very gentlemanly. i think the person who proposed the idea is meant to pay but if you insist.” she laughed again at the silly bow, reaching out to take his offered arm, it was actually pretty GOOD to see him relaxed and doing something fun. “okay, but don’t expect me to curtsy. i’m not even entirely sure how, and without my morning coffee i might just fall flat on my face.” ...yeah, cass wasn’t the most graceful. she listened as he answered the question, wondering how he felt. the panel changing, the skrulls... he had a school to worry about and not just himself. “survivin’ is something,” she stated, giving a nod of her head. “always punching things, its what i do best. ...i’ve been good. trying to keep up with everything, but you’re right. the game’s changing. too damn quickly,” she admitted.
scxttxsummers:
Scott bowed his head with a soft chuckle. “More like a rough morning with the kids. You’d think after all this time I’d be better equipped for a session in the danger room. Sadly, that’s not the case.” His fingers hooked the loops of his jeans as he’d inclined forward. “No ma’am, there’s no male equivalent. I’ve got an open slot if you’d like to take up some of my time.” Scott didn’t know what about her made him feel young again but he’d like to hold onto these moments. “I’m free for the moment, yeah. Coffee sounds great right about now.”
“oh right. well, that’s not quite as exciting or pleasant. still, there are worse ways to spend your morning,” she replied, amusement still in her tone. she resisted the urge to roll her eyes at ‘ma’am’ (it made her feel older, but since most people treated her like a kid she could cope). cass paused, as if considering the offer, a slight smile playing on her features - but as if she’d say no. she had brought it up after all. “alright, if you’re not running back to a damsel or some kids, i’ll take you up on that. coffee is needed. i know a nice place not far from here, and by nice i mean affordable. prices for coffee here are insane.” she gestured in the direction of the place, an easy and relaxed grin now on her face. “besides your rough morning, how have you been scott?”
{ starter;; @scxttxsummers }
an amused smirk passed over her features at the sight of scott. “look at you. rough night, was it? patrol, or spending the night with some fair damsel? or whatever the male equivalent is... is there a male equivalent.” she paused, glancing over him. cassie wouldn’t say no to his company, it was always better to have someone else around right? and he was a curiosity, someone she sort of liked learning more about. “you busy? if you’re on a coffee or food run, you mind me joining?”
{ so i don’t have much on cassie right now. but i could do with writing stuff with her more. so like for a very short para starter? if you have more than one muse just comment with the muse you want a starter for~ }

“You have got to be kidding me,” Anya muttered, switching off her TV and standing up from her couch. The Accords were being taken over by the good guys, or so it was said, and so she was expected to sign? Her gut instinct was to say, “Hell, no,” but the more she thought on it, the more she began to second guess herself.
Grabbing her purse and keys, she stepped out to go for a walk. Maybe some fresh air would clear her head, make the decision easier. She left her apartment and headed off down the street, ignoring the shopfronts where people congregated, watching replays of the announcement.
cassie hadn’t been entirely sure what to feel about the new panel at first, though she had grown more excited as time passed. the more she thought about it, the more sense things began to make. the last panel had been made up of crusty old men and woman who only knew about heroes and super-powers from reading biased newspapers. this was a huge change. cassie still wasn’t sure how to feel about actually signing, but for once signing didn’t make her feel really weird or angry.
as she wandered the street, she paused at store that was selling weird skrull t-shirts - there were conspiracy stores and people ready to make money from tragedy wherever you went. cass rolled her eyes, juggling her textbooks in her hands. she turned quickly and bumped right into a woman obviously trying to ignore the people crowded round a store playing news announcements. it was like something out a film.
“oh, hey! sorry. are you alright?”
How do you feel about Scott Summers?
“I don’t know Scott all that well. I’m mostly curious about him right now. I know he’s a good kisser, which does lend him a fair few brownie points. And he’s a good guy. He thinks clearly and logically, I think he tries his best.”
But as to how she felt? Aw, Cass didn’t know. Maybe there was a spark, but she was hardly the best at telling these things. They didn’t know each other all that well yet, but both respected each others ability in a fight. And their ability to play pool. Those were good things to know about one another. Honestly? It was just one of those things she’d have to wait and see how things went.
“Scott is a good guy, I like him. I’ll have to see him a few more times before I can say how I feel. Guy like that, he probably has other things on his mind. He’s a busy guy.”
are there any heroes you idolize?
“am i allowed to say my dad as an answer? because him, i idolise. of course, i idolise him whether he’s a hero or not. he’s smart, he’s brave, he’s funny. he’d do anything for me.” and she would do anything for him. there was so much they had been through, and there was no one she had more trust in. scott lang was everything to her.
“besides my dad, i can’t really narrow it down. i mean, i idolise iron man. again, he’s my uncle tony so there’s that. but that kind of tech? like seriously, it’s impressive. he’s out there doing what he can to help in a metal suit he created himself. without powers. like falcon! honestly, he’s impressive too. i wish i could fly like that. i’m dead clumsy though. and black widow and hawkeye! they kick serious butt and they rely on their own simple talents they’ve honed. sorta like bobbi and steve, i mean, cap. are we allowed to just call him steve?” she paused, shrugged, then continued, “honestly, they have that added strength and all but they must train a hella lot. and all of them are dead smart. and have so much determination and confidence. it’s incredible.”
she paused, then grinned brightly, “man, i could go on for days! like, what about wonder woman? how awesome is she. like, she’s brilliant. also smart. she stands up for people who can’t stand up for themselves. and bat-man, love his weird voice thing. ha. okay, also the fact he deadass is just some guy in a suit. like what? that’s crazy.”
cassie smiled, and wistfully remarked, “i idolise all heroes. and not just the super-powered ones. the people putting their lives at risks for other people or their beliefs. and how could i forget the young avengers who put up with my crap? i swear, kate and eli, and america, and billy, and teddy and all the people in our group should be idolised by everyone. i’m gonna start a petition to get them named the best heroes in the city.”
Who are your closest friends?
“simple. the young avengers. kate, america, eli, all of them. i mean, i’m good friends with the runaways too and some other heroes, plus people in uni,” she remarked, giving a bright grin. “but honestly? its the young avengers i’m closest to. we’ve been through so much together, and i’ve known them for such a long time.”
it would have been impossible not to become close to them, right? they had fought and struggled and hung out together. they were friends whilst fighting and whilst outside of their heroic duties. she told them her secrets and worries, not really things she could ever tell anyone else. it was good having the young avengers about, because they knew just what it was she was going through.
“i’m telling you, stand by me is the best adaptation of his work,” cassie remarked, moving into the gym with purpose and confidence. it had actually been some time since she had last worked out, so caught up in university work and then there had been the syndicate fiasco too. now that the panel was starting up again (even a panel run by people she trusted) cassie had figured it was best to start working out again. just in case.
looking behind her, she sent wanda a grin. “i mean, i like horror and all. but i guess stand by me is more my style. honestly, i’d prefer watching comedies or maybe more sci-fi things.” she gave a shrug and placed her water down on the bench by her towel. straightening up, she looked around the gym in stark tower and tried to work out what she wanted to go on first. she’d have to work on weights at some point... but maybe the treadmill first. as she made her way over to it, cass added, “i haven’t been to the gym here in ages. it’s so not good. i’m like all out of shape. just wait. i’ll run five minutes on here and be all red and sweaty.” still, though it wouldn’t be much fun this first time cassie was absolutely determined. “i’ll maybe start of at a normal pace, and not try and kill myself attempting to out-run someone like your brother.”

the-m3chanic:
“As old as you can get…” Tony repeated in exasperation, looking at his Sim self more closely. If he ignored the grey hair – which was probably closer to reality than he would admit to himself – the man was close enough to looking like Tony, but it was clear that Cassie had been having fun creating caricatures of the original Avengers, saving all of the flattery for her team instead. Tony got it, he understood. Team (or family) loyalty and all that. “Why does Nat look amazing and everyone else is a mess? Carol too! That just screams favouritism, Cassie.”
The whole situation just reminded him of walking around IKEA with Sharon, seeing in the mirrors just how damn old he was getting. He remembered Bruce mentioning once that he was older now than his parents had ever been; Tony hadn’t quite reached that stage, but he was getting there, especially with his mom. It was a strange thing to think about, all things considered, but he wasn’t having some kind of midlife crisis or anything – after all, it was more like an endlife crisis with his heart in the current position that it was struggling through. It was easy not to think about his health issues when the world was at war and the Syndicate were roaming the streets, when he could chalk his chest pain down to stress over the Panel, but now that had all blown over, the Syndicate seemingly disappearing, everything was calm enough for him to start fretting over that instead, too.
God, when had Tony Stark became a worrier? (The day he was born, realistically, but Tony was always good at ignoring his own sentimentality. It was a coping mechanism, at the least.)
“Now that’s just inaccurate,” Tony said, pointing to the screen. “Sure, Steve’s taller than me, but he’s blond, tall and handsome in real life too. Nat is the smallest Avenger, height-wise speaking.” He would die if he ever said that out loud though. Nat would, of course, be the one to figure out how to stab him with one of Pepper’s stilettos, probably while Pepper watched. Recorded it. The works. “The neighbours. Please tell me the neighbours aren’t someone we know. If it’s Reed Richards I’m setting my own Sim on fire to join Clint. Sue’s alright though.” He hadn’t talked to her in a long time; they went far back. He wondered how the kids were doing, but was mostly just pleased that the Richards family was out of the firing line, getting a little bit of a retirement.
Tony nudged his shoulder against Cassie’s as he leaned over to look at the screen again, an amused grin on his face. “Mean,” he said simply, though she would know from his tone he was only joking. He doubted they ever took anything seriously when they were together – unless they were in a fight, or either one of them were injured. Cassie was a little ray of sunshine in the middle of the day, always had been. Her and Sharon were the kids that played around in his workshop, and he had a special place in his metal heart for both of them. Family was more than just blood; he had proven that over and over again. “A day and a half,” he repeated. “Albeit I have moved things a lot lately. I should probably just get Jessica to do it but my ego wouldn’t allow me.”
Watching his Sim and Steve’s interact brought a laugh tumbling from his lips, but it also made Tony a little bit melancholy. Everything was coming together now. The Avengers were re-banding. The Accords were sidelined in the midst of another foe. For all accounts and purposes, it was business as normal, back to how they had been, but there was this gulf between them now, particularly Tony and Steve. They didn’t agree on a lot of things, and where that had once been a strength, allowing them to find a compromise that worked better than any individual plan, it was now a roadblock threatening their potential to work together. Tony changed the control to his Sim and clicked on Steve. He cycled through the social interactions before settling on ‘Get to Know.’ Starting over again, he supposed.
“Believe me, he was caught in that outfit a lot in MIT,” Tony said with a gleeful grin, actually finding himself having a good time, and maybe it said a lot that he was surprised he even knew how to laugh these days. He took the laptop, placing it on the edge of both of their knees so they could both see the screen. “Rhodes was the pinnacle of fashion back then, believe it or not. Frat guy was the go to – he was the most popular guy in the whole damn class, everyone loved him.” That was part of the reason why Tony was so surprised when Rhodes chose him to befriend rather than any of his other options. He was hardly the coolest guy in the class. He just spent his time in the corner tinkering with a bunch of robots. Clearly, Rhodes had seen something in him that even Tony hadn’t; though that went without saying.
“You fought the Syndicate? Were you okay? Did they use the gas?” When she continued on and explained that Mockingbird and the Flash came to her assistance, Tony allowed himself to relax a little bit – and his heart thanked him. “I bet you came out on top though, right?” That was basically a given considering she was sitting on the sofa right now, but Tony needed to say something to stop the worry in his chest from overwhelming him. “Bobbi’s amazing. I haven’t met the Flash, but I heard from the other Strike Force members that he’s a good guy. I’m glad you had someone with you.”
Tony let out a sigh. “Yeah, it didn’t go so well,” he admitted. He wasn’t surprised that people had been talking about him, Carol and Thor’s attempt to take down Attilan’s walls, but it still stung his ego a little that their defeat had been documented. “We were cocky. Didn’t give the Syndicate enough credit. They were stronger than we were expecting.” He paused for a second, just as his Sim self started dancing in the middle of the kitchen in his underwear, Rhodes watching with a frown. “That’s why it’s so hard to believe that they’ve just disappeared. Where did they go? They had the war won! Or at least had a good shot. It’s all very sketchy.”
He shook his head. “No, of course not,” he said. “I’ll make Pep, put her in there, and his niece, Lila. Maybe the whole Rhodes family so I can go round to see them. Isn’t there a cheat or something to make us billionaires? Because it seems like there should be.”
cassie looked up to all of the avengers for many different reasons. even in the game, where most looked a little stranger or older than usual they tended to have some of the best traits. “have you seen nat and carol lately? they always look good, no matter the occasion. i gotta add bobbi, too now.” and much the same as nat and carol, bobbi would look fabulous and be able to kick the ass of the male characters in the game.
cassie tried not to look too amused by the whole situation. tony seemed like he was coping with how his character looked but she knew from experience that people could be incredibly touchy about their age and their height. still, she couldn’t resist but to tease him just that little bit further. “well, maybe i made nat’s height suit her power, status, and attitude. you know, how tall she acts. and that would make her taller than all the rest of us, for good reason.” it was just a bit of fun though, and honestly, maybe she had made all the heights a little different just to mess with tony. she brightened up as tony continued and honestly that was a brilliant idea.
“that would be the best. come on, you’d love living right next door to mr richards. i mean, probably it wouldn’t be the best for this neighborhood. I can only imagine the kind of crap and stupid experiments that would go on as you try to one-up one another.” the whole place would be on fire, not just clint - though at least clint would have the experience now to get on with it. “maybe i should make that happen, that could be cool. and besides, i think my little sim town needs a big celeb and hot guy like johnny storm around. that could be cool.”
she gave an amused grin herself at the nudge, glancing over at tony before looking back to the screen. it felt nice to be just joking like this, and to have someone else around. with her room-mate moved out now and the young avengers mostly all busy it was good to have company. cass was a people person, and she really needed others around. and when cass needed time out and someone to hang out with tony was up there by the top of her list (admittedly the young avengers were top off the list, you know, since they were her age and all).
cassie had known tony since... practically forever. he had played a large part in her life growing up, even though their situations changed a lot. cassie almost felt bad for the number of times he must had had to eat the horrible concoctions she’d cooked, and for all the tech he’d likely had to fix after she wanted to take it apart. cassie far preferred taking things apart and seeing how they worked rather than putting them together. poor tony, she must have been the cause of many a headache. but still, she got along well with him and had always enjoyed any opportunity to spend time with her honorary uncle. the tower didn’t feel as cosy as her childhood home because of its size perhaps, but it certainly held many happy and warm memories inside. tony had been a constant in her life, just like her parents, just like the young avengers now were. it was only now, as she grew older and began to see more of the world she realised and began to think about how much pressure he had on him. and to think his health a bit more.
she was pleased to hear him laugh, and cassie watched with amusement herself as tony and steve interacted. cassie didn’t know the full extent of how the avengers ‘break-up’ had affected tony, but she knew that the pain or maybe betrayal had to have run deep. was it weird for him seeing the game characters interact? but since things with Orse’s panel were now over, surely things could at least start to go back to normal. maybe. hopefully. when the avengers broke apart it really affected everyone. cassie realised her belief and trust in the group had maybe been so high it was childish, but it had felt awful to see them fight one another.
she perked up from the darker thoughts as tony continued, and his words on rhodes made her laugh. “no way. i don’t believe that. i’m going to need, like, picture proof of this.” even with the sim in front of her dressed in that outrageous get-up, cassie couldn’t truly picture rhodes like that. it just didn’t seem to suit him! he was... well, maybe uptight was the wrong word. strict? logical! that was it, calm and logical - that was the best way to describe him. and those clothes just didn’t fit that picture. “i can completely believe he was the popular one but honestly... those clothes? no way, it’s not him. are you sure this outfit isn’t something you’d have worn? come on, you can tell me. didn’t you wear these things too?” cassies own taste in fashion varied. mostly she went with whatever the hell was comfortable. and affordable. she was a brilliant thief but since she knew so many heroes and preferred to help others she never really ended up using that talents. simply couldn’t bring herself to steal to help herself out. so mostly it was hoodies and jeans, band t-shirts and shirts. whatever she had that was actually washed.
aw. she knew she shouldn’t have brought it up. over-protective mode was never much fun. nice to know he cared, but she didn’t need him stressed. “of course i was okay. look at me! i’m fine, right? and like i said, i had mockingbird and the flash there to help out. there was never any real trouble.” but she didn’t think that would appease him. “it was a little dangerous. they had the gas but didn’t end up using it. i was sort of cornered at first, but you know me. i’m great at getting out of that kind of situation. and they’re gone now, right? disappeared. its fine.”
or hopefully it was fine. as she listened to tony speak she realised just how odd it was that the syndicate had disappeared. had some hero taken them out and not claimed credit? how could a group so large just vanish? she wasn’t going to complain, but it was weird and unsettling now... tony was right, those questions would plague her now, too.
“maybe there leader was taken out. maybe they were just scared and with everything else that has happened they fell apart. i guess they could be working in the shadows, but those attacks must have taken a lot out of them too!” sure, lots of good people had been hurt and cassie hated that. but they’d really showed the syndicate a thing or too. “are you alright? really? it’s so... so weird. i can’t think of the three of you being beaten. maybe they knew you’d be coming...” but that couldn’t be right either. none of the three of them would have told on the others or been involved in a cult so disgusting as the syndicate.
she turned her attention back to the game, though questions of the sydnicate still floated around in her mind. still, she was glad of the distraction. “good choice. pepper is needed, maybe she’ll stop everyone getting set on fire. show you a thing or too.” she laughed, then said, “oh definitely. definitely.there’s a code for that. thing is, that’s cheating. i’d like to see how you cope with like, no money whatsoever. buuuut if you get stuck i’ll find a way to get some money.”
“its a good game. its fun making all these people i know and throwing them together. its weird cause like... nat and clint grew close in the game too, right? destined to be. and you and bruce hang out a lot as well. thats not always a good thing. you guys burnt parts of the first house down.”
Scott: Do Cassie and I spend a lot of time together? Yes.
Scott: Do we have a special bond? Absolutely.
Scott: Do I coddle her more than any other loving parent?
