singlets who are like "oh i wish i had DID!!!" are so silly to me. like ok? yeah? let me just backup the system onto this usb stick for you to download directly into your brain at your earliest convenience. then they too can buzz all your hair off and eat all of your food without permission. oh btw forgot to mention the usb also comes preinstalled with ptsd and amnesia! no you can't delete it. good luck

shoutout to the boys with DID/OSDD-1. shoutout to the boys who struggle with their gender identity because of the fact theyre in a system. shoutout to the boys who share a body with nonbinary or girl alters, making their life just a little bit more confusing. shoutout to the trans guys in systems who have to deal with not being able to transition because their alters disagree, or shoutout to the trans guys in systems whos transition is more difficult because they dont feel connected to their bodies. shoutout to the guys whose appearance in the headspace doesnt match their body at all. shoutout to you guys.

Our problem is.. We are a collective, a many, but too many fragments to be separately distinct outside of "grouping". There's no specific "switch," but we've identified that last year's host is not the same as our host currently. We can barely communicate, and barely believe ourselves when we acknowledge that we're a system, but we all exist and want to be acknowledged. There is no real question here, we are just crying out in hopes of a sympathetic ear

This is actually not that uncommon, and even happens occasionally with fully formed systems that have distinct switches, like ours. I actually knew someone who had a system dynamic that was very similar until they worked on accepting themselves as a system and working on pushing through that. Just be aware that even when things seem fake or wrong, the way you're feeling isn't unnatural or something that you're alone in. What do you do if someone gets stuck outside and can't go back in? (We've experienced this multiple times and it fucking sucks and we don't really know what to do as we are a fairly new system (diagnosed three years ago but didn't come to terms with it until last year) ) Thank you very much for any help. This can be really frustrating and sometimes scary and it honestly does suck when it happens. We have never been particularly good at switching fully, so this happens a lot with our host when we really don't want it to. Unfortunately, the only thing we've figured out to help in any way is a positive trigger to get someone else forced out. So if theres something an alter who you would rather have fronting enjoys specifically, like music, or food, or an outfit, anything, using that to coax them our can work occasionally. If anyone else has any tips on this, please feel free to add on to this post or leave it in the notes.
