Skyler tilted her head slightly as she looked at him as if something he’d said had made her shift her doubt. Either way, he seemed to be telling the truth and whether it was the cold or the fact that she was completely exhausted, she must have gone crazy before she stepped forward inside the home. “Maybe I can help you out. I mean, the longer it takes to paint, the more you get paid right?”

A short chuckle left his mouth as she just walked into the house. Turning around, he followed her back in and closed the door behind him. “I highly fucking doubt it, but yeah. The longer it takes and the bigger it is. Why?” Diego was slightly interested in what she had to say.

Marc chuckled. He started to reflect on the fact that he had been some cocky, snotty ass when he met a bounty hunter. He had been intrigued by it and now he was dealing with someone and he was in the shoes of the experienced bounty hunter. It was crazy the way that things seemed to turn. Karma was a bitch and if this guy decided to take his job, he would probably deserve it. “Noted,” he replied with a smirk. He listened as the other talked about how he landed in the station. “You won’t make me enough money Picasso,” he replied honestly. Marc ever went for the small bounties. “well depending on who you drop my name to, you could get out of trouble here,” he chuckled.

Diego could surprise himself sometimes. A lot of things interested him. However, he was sure bounty hunting wasn’t going to be his cup of tea. Not that it needed to be known. He did also like fucking with people. “Well, of course I wouldn’t. I’m tagging up some fucking walls, not killing anybody.” He could understand the guy’s point. Diego would probably go for the big catches, too. “Man, my fucking brother was a fed and that ain’t do shit for me once,” he said with a shake of his head.

“What are you talking about, khakis are very trendy nowadays” the agent smirked before shrugging “Beer it is. Got any place in mind where they won’t punch me for wearing this?”

“If you say so, buddy. Khakis are good if you’re a really fucking old suburban dad. Are you a really fucking old suburban dad?” He didn’t seem like one, but Diego figured he would ask. “Well, we’re in Vegas. Someone’s gonna want to punch you regardless of what you’re wearing. So it doesn’t really matter where we’re going. No fucking biker bars though. That definitely wouldn’t fly there.”

“Very true. Everyone thinks I’m fucking crazy for not getting a real degree, whatever that means. If I didn’t have an apartment to pay for, I would have quit a long time ago.”

"It just means they think you're fucking crazy for not getting something that isn't going to help you get any fucking job unless you do a shitton of other prerequisites first. Apartments. Isn't that the fucking struggle we all have. At least your job pays you enough to keep yours. I'm fucking scraping by."
