In the first sentence, chelly says it will explain how it will make up for its actions, yet it never does nor does it ever even say it will never do these things again(besides keeping tabs, which that's the bare minimum. It never says it won't continue sexual harassment) This may sound like nitpicking, but it's because these things are all stuff that chelly has done multiple times. Some things it still does even after supposedly "apologizing". One example being sexualizing people it's mad at (calling them names or slurs or talking about their privates) or invading their privacy and boundaries("accidentally" stumbling upon people's nsfw accounts).

Not to mention it tries to downplay its actions in the document as well. "no physical action happened during this encounter, therefore it classifies as cyber sexual harassment, not sexual assault as that is something physical."

"but he isn't exactly innocent either as he has fakeclaimed us and has used one of our alters to the point he became semi-verbal along with other allegations which we will not discuss in this doc." This is supposed to be an apology and an explanation, yet chelly itself admits it doesn't go over everything.

"all of me either being really mentally unstable or having psychotic/manic episodes and taking them out on people. because you see, i can't think rationally when i have episodes like these, and i can't track them either. but even then i fully take accountability for my actions. " just because it says it'll take accountability (it doesn't even say how) doesn't make this "apology" any less awful. Also, the stuff here is only a few months old. There are also things that chelly simply just did not go over, either.

Notice how chelly gets defensive for being called out instead of apologizing as well. If it's really sorry, why react like this to being caught?

If it has really changed as a person, why does everyone continue to get the hell away from it?

i doubt I need to explain this but: chelly confesses to someone it doesn't even know whether or not has a partner, proceeds to lash out them.

This was a private thing, yes, but it still wasn't addressed anywhere as if it never happened and makes it seem like chelly only apologizes for things it actually gets in trouble for.

How can you call me the “CEO of false accusations” when you yourself make several accusations on me with evidences that are taken out of context, based the accusations on biased assumptions and leaving crucial details in the evidences. How can you called yourself an “Anti-Anti” who believes in “anti-harassment” yet you decided to police us on our behavior when it is none of your business to the point of stalking and harassment with so many alt accounts? At the end, someone ends up getting blamed instead. How can you called me “a boy who cried wolf” when you admitted that you used to be a compulsive liar, yet keep on saying lies about me and my other friends? this is how Chelly talks about people who have spoken up against them. This is someone's "changed" and is in the right? Slut shaming and verbally harassing their victims?

In aidens server the things she allowed is disgusting, letting minors wish death upon eachother, letting them say horrible things about me and my ex friend Ethan, they were destroying pictures of Ethans artwork and talking badly about OFFcord. It is disturbing and horrific how aiden continues to defend and support Chelly

And this is ignoring the fact that Aiden's uses allegations of me from my sexual abuser and refuses to acknowledge the abuse I faced because it was me. I've tried privately telling aiden, my ex told me if I broke up with her she there would be consequences. She said if I broke up with her she would make people think I'm a gross person, make people hate me, that I would go to jail and that she'd hurt herself. And she ment it. Aiden still talks about me sexually and spreads sexual rumors about me, and she knows the abuse I faced, she just has a grudge against me. Too many minors have been hurt by her, she is incapable of being appropriate around them.

I remember being inside her server and being appalled by her letting minors attack and tell eachother, encoraging them to print photos and destroy them of peoples OCs, and letting them tell eachother to kill themselves in her server. She was an adult creating a horrifically toxic community of minors that she let fester. Multiple people have come out about her server, multiple people have came out about Chelly.

Ive made mistakes, I've been... not a friendly person, but people need to take this serious, and people need to listen to the victims. They need to uplift their voices. Thank you @skipping--tiles for speaking out

@TanBlaque is the biggest OFF creator, known for her art and animated OFF seriers. She used to have a large large discord server. Emphasis on the used to. Almost all of the situations shared and screenshotted in the linked threads were in her server. And the way she reacted to learning that and the young teens that were being harmed and affected in her server was gross and lazy. She refused to even acknowledge what had happened, locked down the server(? deleted?), and BANNED all whistle blowers as "damage control".

In private DMs her mods said it was explicitly MY FAULT that the server got shut down because of "drama", instead of taking responsibility. She chose to do NOTHING about the multiple situations and hide.

I do have to make it explicitly clear, I don't think Tan or her mod team are gr00mers or p3dos, nor have I EVER thought that, not at all, but i do think they are compleatly and utterly incompetent and stupid. They're lazy and don't care. They simply just couldn't be fucked to do anything, so they were negligent. Not that it helps or justifies what they did, in the end they still helped contribute to the harm of minors.

I was the ONLY ONE for months to speak up for and advocate for those minors. I am ashamed of the adults I once called friends that knew about it and stayed silent. Not even reporting it to the mods. Sexual jokes and content of all kind were allowed by the mods in a server full of minors. The art and simping channels were the worst. An adult artist by the name of Gutz posted a cropped version of a nsfw drawing of theirs. Publically in the server they send a sweaty nude photo of the batter with his cock just barely cropped out of the photo and they proceed to tag the @/Batter Simps role which made multiple minors engage and thirst over their cropped porn. This was reported and ignored by the mods.

Heres another example of what was ALLOWED to be shared in the Tan Blaque server. This was posted in the #art-1 channel publically for the entire server to see. The majority of the server was minors, I reported this drawing to the mods of the Tan Blaque server multiple times. (I no longer have access to the dms)
