My weight loss tips🌻
• Set realistic number of calories for every meal and try to stay under it.
• Yogurt is my fav thing to have for lunch or even a snack, I buy natural yogurts and put fruit in it for some flavour or buy flavoured yogurt at lunch
• Eggs are quite low in calories, and you can get rid of the yolks if you want because they have more calories than the whites
• If you’re just starting out, don’t make big changes to your diet. I’m still eating similar foods to before I started dieting but smaller portion sizes. It’s easier to make changes gradually
• Make a Pinterest board for meal ideas, it gives you inspiration for food and helps you have a varied diet
• Drink plenty of water, it boosts your metabolism
• Going for a walk every day is the best way to get exercise
• Try and stop snacking, depending on what you eat you can double your calorie intake in seconds (I know from experience😅)
• Don’t weigh yourself on your period if it triggers you - it goes back to normal the week after, don’t stress about it <3
