A glaring flaw with the most powerful aspect of Bianka's powerset (giving orders), is that it's more effective against those who are used to following orders. So people who have been in power for a long time, or criminals, or even disobedient subordinates will be more resistant to orders given directly to them.

Her orders towards physical objects is obviously absolute because they have to obey their own laws, they don't have the ability to disobey.

religious views and societal standards enforced by conservative parents and oppressive norms. i mean, if we’re talking about the average promise-ring teenager.

on the other hand, you’ve got people who choose to be celibate because they want to be. not because they’re somehow better than another person because of it. it’s a personal choice to fit a personal lifestyle.

The sense of superiority comes naturally. After all, who is better to lead, to represent a cause, than 'Die Wort'? My words carry weight for a reason, I think. Yours, on the other hand...

My choice to remain celibate is the same as my choice to remain as I am. It is because that has proven to be a superior state of being. I don't see why I would change anything about how I am, or rather, how I was.
