If it's NSFW, you will be blocked. Anonymous asks will be answered at my discretion, but they may not submit images, even through links. You can ask in submissions to not be named when the image is posted, and this will always be respected. Images containing written language that is not English must include a source that confirms translations or I will be very hesitant to post it. Google Translate is not a sufficient source in this case.
