This is Pariah! She's looking for her place in the world.
She was born very weak, probably her tribe abandoned her, as often happens in nature — weak offspring don't survive. But she was saved and raised by an iterator, who slightly modified her body for normal life support. Well... She grew up very big, literally a scavenger on steroids!
Due to her appearance, large size, and origin associated with an iterator, many scavengers are afraid of her, so her path isn't easy. She has to find her new home and thank Light of Hope for her rescue by fulfilling the last request for his local group.
