Ray looked up at Zarc when he pulled back. “Don’t know. Got anything you want to do?” She asked smiling.

Zarc shook his head lightly. “Not until sunset, did you want to keep walking and see if we find somewhere to eat as well as see what other shops are around?” he asked.

Ray thought for a moment. Getting something to eat would be nice. "Yeah. We can do that till sunset."

She knew that if her father saw them he’d flip out and she’d most likely get in trouble. She slightly figured that Zarc wanted to through out their plan to talk to her brother and Yusho but guessed he was going to behave for her.

Zarc smiled as he pulled back but kept Ray wrapped in his arms. “Now what?” he asked softly, playing with one of Ray’s pigtails lightly. “Do you want to keep walking?”

Ray laughed. She did make it easy but she wouldn’t have it any other way. She wrapped an arm around him as he kissed her. Ray smiled some when she heard him mummered that she was his.

He felt her smile and pulled her closer for it, deepening the kiss. If only Leo could see them kissing each other deeply, he would flip out big time. He almost wanted to toss their plan to get her brother and Yusho on their side in order to taunt Leo, but he would behave.

Zarc blushed lightly at the kiss to the cheek before coughing lightly to regain some semblance of control. “You’re very welcome. A beautiful bracelet for a beautiful girl,” he told her, wrapping an arm around her waist again.

Ray giggled some and leaned against him again. She then blushed when he called her beautiful. “I’m glad nothing has changed with you.”

“And I’m glad you’re easy to make blush as always,” he chuckled before pulling Ray in for a proper kiss on the lips, deepening it after a moment. “Mine,” he murmured against her lips in perfect seriousness.

“Of course.” She answered smiling happily. If it was from him she’d wear anything.

“Then I’ll get it for you,” he promised and led her into the store. It took a couple minutes but soon they were back on the sidewalk, the bracelet gone from the window and securely on Ray’s wrist. “You know… I think that bracelet was made for you. What are the chances that we’d find a perfect one of a kind bracelet for you?” Zarc asked with an amused chuckle, handing Ray the box the bracelet came with.

"Very rare." Ray answered as she took the box and then looked at the bracelet on her wrist. "Thank you Zarc." She said with a smile as she stood on her toes to kiss him on the cheek.

Ray had been looking to the other side of the street when Zarc nudged her. She looked at the bracelet he was talking about. “Yeah it does.” She looked up at him. “Are you offering to buy it for me?” She teased.

“If i am, would you wear it?” he asked curiously, turning to look at her and tipping his head a bit.

“I will.” She said agreeing to both things he said. She slightly wondered where she would want to go in terms of shops. Shopping had never been one of the things she was good at.

That made Zarc laugh softly and look at the windows as well as they walked. As they passed a jewelry store, Zarc paused and nudged Ray. “Hey…doesnt that bracelet look like a mix of the girls’ four? That seems like it’d be perfect for you,” he suggested.

“Well then keep an eye on the sky so we don’t miss anything,” he told her as they leisurely strolled down the street, his arm securely around her waist. “If you see anything you want to go in let me know, ok?”

She no longer heard his dragons and wondered if she’d be able to earn their trust back after what she did to them. She knew only time could tell with that though.

“Sounds like fun,” Zarc agreed and helped Ray up before slipping an arm around her waist. “Let us be off then?” The city was huge so they could easily be wandering for the rest of the day.

Ray smiled happily as she leaned against him once his arm was around her waist. “Lead the way.” The longer they were together for the day the happier she’d be.

Zarc nodded and started walking, keeping Ray close to his side. This wass everything he wanted from the start. The new world was peaceful and he hoped that it would last. “I can still access my wings, I should take you for a flight when it’s sunset so we can watch it without obstruction.”

His dragons had quieted long ago and he just knew they were in spectral form, watching them. They had liked Ray before everything but for now they were still wary of her.

“Ok, but for the present…does this count as our first date then my dear Ray?” Zarc asked curiously, turning up the charm just for her. He would worry about everything else later. For now it was all about Ray.

She blushed a little more before continuing. “That’s true. And Yusho would be a good person to go to for help. It’ll be strange having our fathers talk again but it’s worth a try if the effort with Declan fails.”

“Hmmm…maybe we should tell father and Declan at the same time?” Zarc suggested. He was thrilled that Ray wanted to pick up where they left off. He had years of missed kisses to make up for but he wouldn’t force her. He would never be violent with her again. He already caused her enough pain and suffering.

“Well hopefully the image you have built up by time you face Yuri will be enough to convince people you mean well.” Ray said as she blushed some when he kissed her hand. “I know. And I do see your point with it. And hopefully it works. I don’t want you to feel like an outcast anymore.” “That he will. We’ll just have to figure out how to explain it to Declan though. It took him a good three weeks to call me his sister. And that’s wasn’t easy.”

“Im sure if we are honest about it, he’ll accept it. We might have to convince him why he should help us with your father though,” he replied, smiling at the blush and gently tugged her closer to give her a soft kiss on the lips. “I mean, he’s the only person besides my family, you, and obviously your father who knows who I am and not my pseudonym when I duel. Although, If he won’t help then I’m sure Yusho…father…would be willing to step in since he’s good friends with your dad.”
