A RWBY OC that I had in mind for a very long time. Always wanted to hand draw her but I can't draw for nuts so I decided to resort to AI...for now.

Jacqueline Gelé, nickname Jacqui, is the younger sister of Jacques Schnee and the arch enemy of Willow Schnee. She is the enforcer of the Mantle Dust Cartel, having been the main muscle for over three decades to maintain order within the dust trades between Mantle and foreign nations.

Having an utter disdain for Willow Schnee caused by the former's jealousy of the latter's privilege and a lack of respect for those who never needed to take their combat skills seriously due to the safety net provided by their wealth, Jacqui eventually challenged Willow Schnee to a duel in which she inflicted permanent physical damage and psychological trauma unto her long time rival.

The same trauma that had transformed Willow from a free-spirited nepotism baby into a reclusive alcoholic, the Schnee matriarch must now face her fears and overcome her mental blockages if she were to ever hope to cross blades with Jacqui again.

Jacqui's semblance is necromancer craft. She can summon, dash, time dilate and manipulate nearby objects but instead of pleasant-looking mystical glyphs, undead skeletons are her medium for task execution.

Jacqui's favorite nephew is Whitley Schnee, whom she plans to pass down her semblance to once the boy has reached adulthood. This is, of course, against the approval of Willow Schnee.
