I saw the new plot about Taaffe of Rudolf the musical and I was very very angry.

They spread rumors that he had a romantic relationship with Larish and said that he was a dark and despicable person who exploited emotions and personal grudges. That was defamation, was humiliation, they totally ignore Taaffe's personal characteristic violently link everything with sex.He is definitely not such a person. He is gentle and humorous, loyal to the country and loves his nation. But who cares about him? Nobody. He gained no respectation after all these years, he's a name buried under history.

Im crying and angry, and if they had read Wikipedia, they would not say that! I couldn't believe it. In fact, Taaffe's last term was 14 years, starting in 1879. this is a piece of shit of course. Okay so, I found this book in my school library ( well, not exactly a library, more like school book box where you can just take and give books) and I knew I had to take it home

The title translates to: Rudolf, the miserable heir

There's a really sad looking Rudolf on the cover and Mary on the back cover

I've just started but I already found out:

- Frau Wolf is alive and well and knows absolutely EVERYTHING

- Rudolf and Wilhelm toxic yaoi

- Drunk Wilhelm bitching to Frau Wolf about the Habsburgs in the most hilarious way possible

- She then telling Rudolf everything and him bitching about Wilhelm to his military friend ( he found it highly offensive that Wilhelm compared him to his father), the usual stuff

- Mary being an absolute scandalous diva and having toxic yuri with Stefanie

- Rudolf being described as 'sad, tired and barely holding back tears' by some woman on a party

- Mary being the happiest two days before her death

- Rudolf wanting to shoot Wilhelm during hunting and framing it as an accident

Plus I'm starting to think that it is narrated by Lucheni as well because the author keeps describing things as 'kitschy'
