Get it, Girl!
When I joined Scentsy, a clear Direct Marketing Company, I was worried.
Would people judge me for being another person trying to sell something in their Newsfeed?
But I realized a few things.
1. I wasn’t “trying to sell something.” I was sharing something I enjoyed. I was bringing people who loved this product closer together. I was providing a service.
2. I realized people wanted to support me. People who loved the product already were on board with using me as their consultant. People who never tried it were willing to start.
I struggle at my job because I feel I make the same amount of money, no matter how much I put in, 9-5pm. I can work 2x as hard Monday as I did Tuesday, and still make the same.
What I love about Scentsy or Direct Sales in general is what you put in, you get out.
