Her Smile Still Lives in Me

During pandemic, she was the first person that I ever had in a (distance) relationship of my life, we used to goof around on calls and play games together. Ever since I made a bracelet with our names on it for her, she told me that we have to end our relationship. I remembered the amount of despair and sorrow coming from both of my heart and eyes into pieces. She made a promise that we can still be together in a few years and might cross each others paths again, until she was with someone else.

I've moved on my own onwards, but her smile still rents my head and been trying to clear it out of my mind. It bothers me yet still hurts to remind the past. If she sees this, I just hope you're doing well wherever you are right now.
