no because if you had to create a system in order to survive i feel like youre basically doing the same as traumagenic systems

even if it wasnt to survive a traumatic situation your system still aids you with day to day tasks no matter how small and that still counts as survival

i really cant understand why endogenic systems are so frowned upon

does anybunny know how to encourage more involuntary switches.... we're still at the stage where most of our switches are voluntary for now ><

not sure how helpful this is but in our case we felt like we didnt swith very often until we started to keep track of each switch and we realized we had switches far more often than we thought we did

so, idk how relevant that would be compared to willogenics, but personally i think if you start to keep closer track of each switch you may notice more involuntary switches than you originally thought :)

i see !! we do keep track of our switches but there are times when we feel like we missed a switch....

another thing we've been doing is randomly thinking throughout the day "am i me?"/"who am i?" to kind of like. check in with ourselves....
