6: Eating habits and sample daily menu
Knowing almost every in and out of the human body (This also applies to her own species, Dardonians), Sophia is very well informed about healthy food and is exceptionally passionate about it. When cooking meals for others she always tries to glorify just how delicious health-food can be when prepared well, and naturally she eats a lot of very healthy food herself. This makes up the bulk of her diet.
However she can be a little hypocritical with her own habits, and often likes to indulge in junk food and plenty of alcohol, though she always makes an effort to counter-act these indulgences with plenty more healthy food and exercise to make sure her balance is properly restored. She doesn’t have a particularly clear daily menu and she likes to try and experiment with her food as much as she experiments with chemicals and medicines, so her meals are about as sporadic as her eccentric personality, but seriously, you can trust her to make really delicious food that’s equally good for you.
10: Neuroses? Do they recognize them as such?
I’m afraid the mun is a little lost on the actual meaning of the question, but answering it to my understanding; Certain tendencies that could be considered neurotic by humans are fairly common in Dardonians, largely due to the unique structure of their minds. The same occurs for some other functional mental ‘disorders’. As a doctor with an endless intrigue for the brain of any living thing, Sophia finds any such study quite fascinating.
This is about the extent I can answer on this one though! Apologies!
12: Favourite book genre?
When it comes to book genres, Sophia isn’t a picky one at all, but she does put a line between research papers and reading for recreation, though Sophia derives a sort of enjoyment from reading research materials, as do many of her species, largely due to how easily their brains take in information.
When it comes to fiction, Sophia adores science fiction, and if we look at the word ‘book’ a little more vaguely, she’s a big fan of science fiction manga too. This probably comes as no surprise, but Sophia is fascinated by the ways in that science fiction almost seems to build how our futures will turn out, a huge number of intriguing new inventions were coined by science fiction, so it’s not only looking at a fictional world, it’s looking at legitimate possibilities! And Sophia is all about progressing civilisation to new peaks.
If you put a research book on chemistry or medicine that she hasn’t read before in front of her though, chances are she’ll pick it up and read it as quickly as possible.
20: Childhood illnesses? Any interesting stories behind them?
With Sophia’s good health being one of her absolute specialities of maintaining, she very scarcely got sick, especially as her mother is also a wise medicinal doctor. Dardonians however, do express a tendency to not get as much sunlight as they’d like due to their scholarly natures, as such she didn’t get too much vitamin D, and during her teenage years, an outbreak of acne drove her to high levels of irritation, which led to the creation of some skin-care products that had the pharmaceutical industry trying to buy her out, or wipe her out. These experiences had a dramatic turn on her early life and led her to much grander things, bringing her to where she is today.
Funny how an acne outbreak can dictate your life like that huh?
