Located at 8491 Santa Monica Blvd West, Hollywood, CA. Flippers in Hollywood was a popular roller disco that turned into a new wave disco in the 80s.

Warner Books kicked off their national marketing campaign for my friend Karen Lustgarten’s book “The Complete Guide to Disco Dancing” at Tramp’s considered to be the #1 Disco in the USA Washington, DC Oct. 3,1978. 21 years later, in 1999, she became the inspiration and model for the Disco Music stamp in the “Celebrate the Century” 1970’s series.
