I know harry shits on himself regularly but something about the skills themselves doing it, about the things they’re supposed to be confident in, during the final dream hurts. Conceptualization apologizing for suggesting you say something poetic. Volition telling Rhetoric they always make things worse. Authority saying you have no control, that they’re wrong about everything and you should go on without them. Rhetoric being sorry because ideologies can’t help you. Reaction speed second guessing themselves because they thought the figurines were supposed to help. “Brother, you should put me in front of a firing squad. I have no words for how I failed you.”
